An archived copy of Apple's Apple Music page from Nov 1, 2023 still lists Voice at $4.99 a month.
By Nov 2, an archived copy of the same page no longer lists the Voice plan.
The support page says current Voice subscribers keep the plan until the end of their final billing cycle.

Apple's support article "What happened to Apple Music Voice Plan?" (updated November 1, 2023) says: "Beginning in November, Apple will discontinue the Apple Music Voice plan." It turns off auto-renew for existing Voice subscribers, who keep the plan until the end of their final billing cycle, and points them to the Individual, Student and Family plans or Apple One; it names no replacement plan. The US Apple Music page lists Voice at $4.99/month in the November 1, 2023 capture and no longer lists it from the November 2, 2023 capture.
