ChatGPT's release notes (August 12, 2025): '4o is back in the model picker for all paid users by default', and a 'Show additional models' setting adds o3, o4-mini, 4.1 and GPT-5 Thinking mini; 4.5 only for Pro. Plus gets 3,000 GPT-5 Thinking messages a week.
