'As part of this simplification, we’ll no longer sell Copilot Pro—Copilot Pro subscribers can switch to Microsoft 365 Premium.' The US compare page listed Personal and Family on October 1 (13:59 UTC) and added Premium at $19.99/month or $199.99/year by October 4, 2025. Copilot Pro was a separate AI subscription, not a Microsoft 365 plan.
