An archived copy of the plans page from Jun 10, 2022 says PlayStation Plus will change on Jun 13.
By Jun 15, 2022, an archived copy lists all three tiers, with Extra at $14.99 a month.
The blog post says Essential keeps the old price, with no changes for existing members.

PlayStation.Blog (March 29, 2022) announced an all-new PlayStation Plus in three tiers, with the Americas 'targeting June 13, 2022'. The price 'for PlayStation Plus Essential remains the same as the current price for PlayStation Plus': $9.99 monthly, $24.99 quarterly, $59.99 yearly, with 'no changes for existing PlayStation Plus members in this tier'. Extra ($14.99 / $39.99 / $99.99) adds 'a catalog of up to 400' PS4 and PS5 games to download. Premium ($17.99 / $49.99 / $119.99) adds PS3 games via cloud streaming, classic PlayStation, PS2 and PSP games, cloud streaming and 'time-limited game trials'. The US plans page said on June 10, 2022 that 'PlayStation Plus will be changing on June 13', and listed all three tiers at these prices on June 15, 2022.
