Adobe announced on Sep 13, 2023 that Creative Cloud plans now include Firefly, Adobe Express Premium and monthly generative credits.
Adobe's credits FAQ from that day lists 1,000 credits for All Apps and 500 for single apps.
The FAQ says credit limits apply from Nov 1, 2023; past the limit, generation may be slower.

Adobe's September 13, 2023 post: 'Your Creative Cloud membership now also includes two new applications: Adobe Express Premium and Adobe Firefly', and 'Starting today, Creative Cloud, Firefly, and Express paid plans now include a monthly allocation of “fast” Generative Credits'. 'After the plan-specific number of “fast” Generative Credits is consumed, subscribers can continue to generate content at slower speeds, or buy additional Generative Credits'. 'The Adobe Express Premium plan is included as part of the Creative Cloud All Apps plan and some Single App plans.' Adobe's generative credits FAQ (last updated September 13, 2023) listed monthly credits: All Apps 1,000; Single App plans (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Animate, Dreamweaver, Adobe Stock, Photography 1TB) 500; Photography 20GB 250 for subscribers before November 1, 2023 and 100 after; Lightroom 100; plans not listed 25. 'Until November 1, 2023, Creative Cloud, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, and Adobe Stock paid subscribers won't be subject to generative credit limits. Starting November 1, 2023, credit limits will apply.' After the limit, Creative Cloud paid users 'can keep taking generative AI actions, but the use of generative AI features may be slower.'
