What this means for you
Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and the other included single apps cost $2 a month more on the common annual plan paid monthly, and All Apps $5 more. Month-to-month and prepaid prices rose too. Photography and Lightroom plans were not affected.

Adobe's help page lists single apps rising from $20.99 to $22.99 a month on annual billing paid monthly.
The same page lists All Apps rising from $54.99 to $59.99 a month.
Current subscribers pay the new price from their next billing or renewal date on or after Nov 1, 2023.

Adobe's September 13, 2023 post announced that 'Starting November 1, 2023, the price of specific Creative Cloud plans will increase in North America', using US prices as guidance. Adobe's help page (last updated October 4, 2023) lists the US changes: single app plans, annual billed monthly 'from USD$20.99 to USD$22.99 per month', month-to-month 'from USD$31.49 to USD$34.49', annual prepaid 'from USD$239.88 to USD$263.88 per year'; All Apps, annual billed monthly 'from USD$54.99 to USD$59.99 per month', month-to-month 'from USD$82.49 to USD$89.99', annual prepaid 'from USD$599.88 to USD$659.88 per year'. Single app plans are 'select plans': the Photography plan, Lightroom, InCopy, Acrobat, Express, Stock, Substance 3D and mobile plans were excluded, as was the students and teachers All Apps plan (its renewal price rose per the blog, but eligibility-restricted plans are out of scope here). 'The updated pricing will be reflected on your next billing or renewal date on or after November 1, 2023', with an email about 30 days before.
