Google's May 19, 2026 I/O post: 'The YouTube Premium individual plan is already included in the AI Ultra subscription, and in the coming days paid AI Pro subscribers in select countries will get a YouTube Premium Lite individual plan at no extra charge. This adds $8.99 in value monthly'. The US Gemini plans page added 'YouTube Premium Lite plan' to the AI Pro card on May 19, 2026, and Google One Help said the same day: 'Eligible Google AI Pro paid members have access to YouTube Premium Lite individual plan', with the United States on its country list. Lite covers 'most YouTube and YouTube Kids videos ad-free, offline and in the background' but not YouTube Music Premium.
