Sling TV raises Orange and Blue to $45.99/mo and Orange & Blue to $60.99/mo

Sling put up a “Why prices are increasing” page at sling.com/prices by November 21, 2024 (archived that day): “the cost of Sling Orange, Sling Blue and Sling Orange + Blue will increase by $5.99 per month. If you subscribe to any of these base packages, your price will change with your billing date on or after Dec. 20th, 2024.” News reports the same day (How-To Geek, The Desk) say Sling Orange, Sling Blue and Sling Orange & Blue rise by $5.99 a month for billing dates on or after December 20, 2024, to $45.99, $45.99 and $60.99, citing Sling's customer email. Sling's own prices before were $40 and $55 (November 3, 2022 price update); Sling Blue was $45 in five markets from 2023. Sling's plan pages show the new prices in archived copies from August and September 2025 (Orange Monthly and Blue Monthly $45.99, Orange & Blue $60.99); earlier archived pages load prices by script and show none. The new totals come from news and the later plan pages, and the timing for new subscribers from news only, so this is dated on or before December 20, 2024.
