Sling's August 12, 2025 press release launches a $4.99 Day Pass (24 hours), $9.99 Weekend Pass (Friday to Sunday) and $14.99 Week Pass (7 days), one-time charges with no contract, giving access to Sling Orange channels; Extras can be added for $1, $2 and $3. Sling's plan comparison page, archived the same day, lists all three as new next to the $45.99 monthly plan. Its FAQ says anyone with a Sling account can order a pass. Direction is better because the Day Pass costs less than any existing paid plan.
