Canva Business launches at US$20 a person, with no seat minimum

Canva's newsroom post 'Meet Canva Business' (October 29, 2025): 'Canva Business is our new subscription for individuals, marketers, and small teams'. 'Canva Business is available for US$20 per person per month, with no seat minimum, making it accessible for solo users, marketers, and small teams alike. Starting today, it becomes the new plan available for new team sign-ups and upgrades (including teams of one!)'. 'The plan includes everything currently in Canva Pro, plus collaboration and team capabilities, Canva Grow Insights, higher usage of premium AI tools, access to Leonardo.Ai Essential plan and Flourish Presenter plan, and a 10% discount on print orders'. 'Although Canva Teams is no longer available for new sign-ups or upgrades, nothing is changing for existing subscribers. If you're already on Canva Teams, you'll keep everything you love: your current pricing (even when adding new members), all your existing features, and continued access to new product updates as they roll out to Canva Pro.' Before, the US pricing page (August 28, 2025) sold Canva Teams at 'US$100 /year per person', 'Minimum 3 people (US$300/year)', next to Pro at 'US$120 /year for one person'. On October 31, 2025 it listed Business at 'US$200 /year per person', labelled 'Intro price', with '500GB of cloud storage' and '100 Brand Kits to scale your brand'. Business is priced above Pro (US$120 a year), so it counts as an extra choice.
