The US plans page on April 13, 2025 listed Plus, Essentials, Business and Business Plus; its comparison table showed 'Unlimited signature requests' as '3 per month' for Plus and 'Unlimited' for Essentials, signature 'Templates' '5' for Essentials, and Dropbox Replay with '10 file uploads, live review, versions, and video collaboration' for Essentials. On April 14, 2025 the page listed Plus, Professional, Standard and Advanced instead: 'Signature requests' '3 per month' on every plan, no templates row, and Replay with '4 file uploads, live review, versions, and video collaboration' for Professional. The 3 TB plan's price stayed $16.58 / month billed yearly (monthly view: Essentials $19.99 / month on March 31, 2025; Professional $19.99 / month on July 19, 2025), and 3 TB, 180 days to restore files and 100 GB transfers were unchanged. A Dropbox staff answer in the Dropbox Community (August 2025) said 'The Essentials Plan is no longer available to new users as of March 31st'. Dropbox Help still describes Essentials (up to 5 eSignature templates, unlimited signature requests) for customers on that plan; it doesn't say what happens to existing Essentials subscribers. Professional itself stopped being sold on dropbox.com in the US in 2026 (see the separate record).
