The Terms of Service archived Feb 1, 2023 still require a corporate membership plan.

Midjourney's billing docs (GitBook), archived Dec 12, 2022, say employees of a company 'with over $1Million/year in gross revenue' must choose 'the Corporate plan for $600/year' (120 GPU hours of Fast time a year, 'similar to a yearly version of Standard+Private'). The Terms of Service archived Feb 1, 2023 still require 'a corporate membership plan', with 'an upfront, non-refundable deposit for up to 12 months of service'. The docs Subscription Plans page archived Feb 19, 2023 says 'If you are a company making more than $1,000,000 USD in gross revenue per year, you must purchase the Pro plan' ($60 a month); the Terms archived Mar 11, 2023 require 'a "Pro" membership for every individual accessing the Services on Your behalf in order to own Assets You create'. From Jul 1, 2023 the docs say 'Pro or Mega plan'; the Help Center still says so (live check Sep 26, 2026).
