The same post closes Nitro Classic ($4.99/month) to new members (separate record). An archived copy of the US Nitro page from October 11, 2022 lists only Nitro ($9.99/month, 100MB uploads); by October 20, 2022 the page compares Nitro and Nitro Basic, and the Nitro help article (archived November 2, 2022) lists "Bigger file sharing (50 MB limit)" for Nitro Basic and says "At this time there's no annual plan for Nitro Basic." Help-center navigation already linked a "Nitro Basic Plan" article in an archived copy from October 3, 2022 (likely a test before launch); the date here is the announcement's.
