The US Nitro page lists "100MB uploads" for Nitro in an archived copy from November 8, 2022 and "500MB uploads" from the November 18, 2022 archived copy; Nitro Basic stays at 50MB. The Nitro help article, archived December 10, 2022, says Nitro members can "Upload files up to 500 MB ... (on desktop & iOS only)"; the archived copy from October 23, 2023 no longer has the desktop and iOS qualifier. No Discord announcement with a date was found, so the date is bounded by the archived copies.
